The information centre is situated in the heart of the town, on Bohemian Paradise Square (Náměstí Českého ráje). It offers all tourist information and services concerning natural and historical sights of Bohemian Paradise and leisure time activities (riding schools, observation flights, tennis, bicycle rentals and many more).

The centre mediates accommodation for groups, families as well as individuals. It also sells postcards, maps, tourist guides, books and CDs about Bohemian Paradise as well as souvenirs (mugs, glassware, tourist stamps, tags, gems and more).

The information centre provides information about cultural, social and sporting events; it provides for advance booking of tickets to cultural and social events, the centre informs about train and bus connections and provides public internet access.

Turnov information centre also provides guided tours of Turnov churches, geological excursions and, last but not least, it sells seasonal newspapers for tourist.
