Several cultural monuments have been preserved in the village up to now. The oldest building in the village is the Baroque gate at farmhouse No. 44; there is also a statue of the Virgin Mary dating back to 1890 and a roadside memorial cross in Kabáty, a local part of the village. The surroundings of the village are ideal for hiking excursions; the ruin of Trosky Castle, the dominant feature of the surrounding region, is located close to the village. Numerous cycle tracks go through Český ráj.
