The Neco guesthouse provides two types of accommodation. There are tourist-standard rooms with 3 to 8 beds located on the ground floor, with a total capacity of 47 beds. All the rooms are simply furnished; the bathroom (toilets) and showers are shared. There is a little fully-equipped kitchenette and a seating area available for guests in this part of the guesthouse.

There are six apartments of different sizes (3 – 10 beds) with a total capacity of 35 beds located on the first floor. Each apartment has its own toilet and bathroom, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a fridge. Three of these apartments have a balcony or a terrace.

Guests can use the large common room (dining room) for up to 50 guests, a free Wi-Fi Internet connection, a bar, a seating area outside on the terrace with a barbecue, and a small playground for children.

Cars can be parked in front of the guesthouse or in an inside courtyard which is locked.
