It is a peaceful, isolated place, located 50 m from the edge of the forest and 500 m from the village (picturesque village pub and a cosy eatery). Characteristic features: There are two newly built suites in an independent part of a one-family house. Each suite has its own bathroom and toilet, kitchenette and a bedroom with 4 beds (two extra beds can be added at a discounted price). There is an outdoor relaxation area at the chalet with the possibility of barbecue, bicycle storage room, beach volleyball court, arbour with a fireplace, children’s little house with see-saws and a ropeway. There is a small slope behind the chalet for children to play in the snow in winter and for skiers-beginners. Possibilities for sports: Directly in Kozákov (approximately 2 km far from the chalet) there is a ski-lift (450 m long) with three downhill courses and floodlights in the evening. There are traces for cross-country skiing near the chalet. In its surroundings, there is a dense network of marked hiking trails (Golden Trail of the Bohemian Paradise) and of biking trails. In the summer season, the visitors can use the tourist buses which transport bicycles too. Paragliding courses can be organized at the Kozákov hill or you can experience the flight with a two-person slope parachute glider with an experienced instructor. In the distance of 2 km there is a riding school and tennis courts. Rock-climbing lovers will find a large number of climbing routes in the nearby Rock Town, Klokočské and Betlémské Rocks, in Suché Rocks etc.
