The Mariánská Vyhlídka is one of the most popular and most visited lookout points in Český Ráj. It offers the best-known postcard panorama of the Hrubá Skála, Trosky and Kozákov. In addition, there is a superb view of the group of rocks named Sahara, Dvanáct Apoštolů, Větrník, Dračí Věž and other rock formations. The lookout point is situated at an elevation of 360 metres above sea level, on a rock block in the area of Dračí Skály, some 1.5 km from Hrubá Skála Castle.

Under the Mariánská Vyhlídka, there is a symbolic climbers' cemetery.
