The Chapel of St. Lawrence, built in the middle of the 19th century originally served as the chateau chapel. The reconstructed ecumenical chapel was festively opened in 1996 and then the Calvary was consecrated, the work of a Maloskalsko native, the academic painter Josef Jira, and a double-altar by the painters Vladimir Komarek and Josef Jira.
Congregation of the Czech Brethren
A significant Renaissance building of the congregation of the Brethren, built as a triple-nave tribunal church in the years 1544-54 (M. Borgorelli). The interior is ornamented by graffito and stucco.
The Church of the St. Jilji of the 14. century, the castel of the 18. century on the place originaly guardcastel with pseudobaroque frontage and a balcony. And the park around.
The Baroque Chapel of St. Anne from 1724 was rebuilt into a Capuchin monastery behind the chateau park. The interior with contemporary decoration is related to the Church of the Three Kings. Located in the church was a modern lapidarium of Baroque sculpture.

Later Gothic Church of St. James from the years 1545 and 1557 with two, dissimilarly wide naves. Vaulted by groined crosses, in the key is a plaque with relief portraits. Furnishings from the 16th-19th centuries. Exterior, particularly the spire, was repaired in neo-Gothic style in 1871.
The church of Finding St. Cross of the end 14. century, new repair in the 2nd half of 17. century.
The Church of St. Wenceslaus built around 1350 the interior rebuilt in the 2nd half of the 16th century. Gothic elements are blended here with Renaissance. Next to the church is a half-timbered Baroque bell tower famous for its upside down bells.

Church of the Transformation of the Lord
After the Bozkov Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin (more in the chapter Baroque), the Church of the Transformation of the Lord built in 1703 and externally modified in 1836 is the second most significant pilgrimage site of the region. In recent years, it has been thoroughly rebuilt, together with the Calvary that leads to it.
The Church of Our Lady
The co-founder originaly Gothic church of the 13th century was the the Blessed Zdislava. In the early 19th century the church was demolished due to the bad state it was in after falling victim to several fires. One of the first Neo-Gothic churches in Bohemia was built on its site (1825-1853). This large triplenaved basilica was consecrated to "The Nativity of the Virgin Mary" The uncompleted tower of the church is a curious feature and forms ofthe characteristic landmark of the town.
The Church of St. Nicholas
The beginings of this building are connected with the beginning of Turnov itself. In the written sources it is mentioned in 1357 for the first time. Its big four-cornered 25 m high tower creates one of the dominants of the town. The former Gothic church from the 14. century had been completely ruined by a fire in 1538. It had been rebuilt in a Renaissance style but in 1707 it had burned down completely except for the tower. The Baroque reconstruction has been completed in 1722 but the baroque decoration has been supplemented for further decades. The decorated interior has been renovated in 1994. The historically highly valuable Renaissance Tombstones of the four Vartenberk house members, former owners of the town, have preserved from the 16th century. The neighbouring baroque vicarage which has arisen from a former school comes from 1708.
The Church of St Francis of Assisi
The church with a monastery was established by Maxmilian of Valdstejn in 1651. It has been ruined by a fire in 1707 and 1803. It got the actual appearance within the last reconstruction in 1803-1822. The Neoromanesque bell tower has been built up in 1842. The facade is decorated by a portal with a stone heraldry of the Valdstejn house and by a St. Francis of Assisi statue over it.The rooms of the neighbouring monastery had been decorated by masterpieces of Jan Jiri Hertl, an local artist from the 1st half of the 18. century. These baroque art works are deposited in the District Museum. The monastery building is a property of the Post Office nowadays, its reconstruction has been completed in 1995.
The Nudvojovice church of St. John the Baptist
The early Gothic church which lies on the periphery of Turnov in Nudvojovice dates back to the second third of the 13th century. However, the historical sources prove the existence of an even older building from the turn of the 12th and 13th century. So we can consider this church the oldest sight in the region around Turnov. At the end of the 19. century, the church was so ruinous that in 1894 the renovation had to be started. The south portal and a bottom part of the north portal in the facade have well-preserved of the original building. Most of the interior decoration comes from the workshop of Petr Busek of Husa near Sychrov, it has been completed by the time of the Church renovation.
Cartusian cloister, which has been established of Albrecht of Valdstejn in the year 1630-65, cloister was canseled in the year 1783 and in the year 1855-56 rebuild on restaurant.
The Baroque Church of St. Wenceslaus with adjacent cemetery and rich sculptural decoration was built after a design by Anselmo Lurago from 1747-52. Nearby, in the cemetery of Velis hill, a cross of conciliation was planted in 1999 during a Christian ecumenical meeting.
The Church of St. Nicholas, ranks among the most significant Romanesque religious objects in Bohemia. The current building was built around 1240. Valuable columnar portal decorated with figural motifs in the tympanum, also the interior has survived without any essential constructional encroachments.
