Natural place of interest (29,3 hectars, proclaimed in 1985) located 1 km to the west from Rovensko pod Troskami. A small rock town on the elevated place Bor (360 meters above the sea level) with growth of relict pine wood. A nice view of the castle Trosky from the Cechova viewpoint.

A plateau with a rock town of the same name (called "Skalak" by the rock climbers). The Hruboskalske rock town consists of about 400 sandstone towers. Some of them are 60 meters high (380 meters above the sea level). This rock town is divided in four major areas: Draci skaly (Dragon´s rocks) and Zamecka rokle (the Chateau gorge), Kapelnik (Conductor), Majak (Lighthouse) and Udolicka (Valleys). Below the Marianska viewpoint there is a symbolic cemetery of dead climbers (Expedition Peru and others). Vysker (465 meters) and the surroundings of Hruba Skala (424 meters) dominate above the rock blocks. The Golden path of the Bohemian Paradise and a 4 kilometer long instructive path with a number of viewpoints lead along the way in the upper part of the plateau.

A rock labyrinth at Besedice. In the middle of five gorges there is a grotto with a symbolic chapel of the church of the Moravian brothers. In the course of counterreformation these rocks were used as a refuge by persecuted non-Catholics.
A natural place of interest (228 hectars, proclaimed in 1985) 4 kilometers to the northeast from Turnov. The upper chalk sandstone from the Mesozoic period was elevated to a characteristic formation: a rock plateau which ends with a rock wall above the village Klokoci. The rock wall is 1600 meters long and is divided into separated rock towers and clefts at some places Klokocske pruchody (Klokocske passages). From the rock wall there are beautiful views of the northeast and southeast part of the Bohemian Paradise. A huge amount (50) of cavities and caves was formed in the rock wall itself. The best known one is a pseudokarst cave Postojna (also called America) with the size of 16 x 18 meters. A ruin of the castle Rotstejn is situated in the southeast part of the Klokocske rocks.
A natural place of interest (261,37 hectars, proclaimed in 1933) situated on the northwest margin of the Jicin basin. The rock town was created through eroding of the originally compact table of rectangulary shaped sandstones of the latest chalk period with charakteristic basaltic places: Svincice (415 meters), Velke Hury (458 meters) and Privysiny (464 meters). It is a real paradise for rock climbers and tourists. There is a thick net of touristic marked paths leading through the cloughs fringed with sandstone walls (Certova kuchyne - Devil´s kitchen, Cisarska chodba - Emperor´s corridor, Na vodach, Na stajich, Tocenice) and to beautiful viewpoints (Peveckeho sboru Krizovsky, Pechova, Ceskeho raje, Miru, Leparova, Hakenova, Hlaholka, and others). Except for natural places of interest there are also rich prahistorical findings proving the settlement from 10th to 7th century BC.
Natural rezervation (261,37 ha, from year 1933), to be situated on the NW. round of Jicin valley. The beautiful paths between the rocks (Certova kuchyne, Cisarska chodba, Na vodach, Na stajich, Tocenice) a s krasnymi vyhlidkami (Peveckeho sboru Krizovsky, Pechova, Ceskeho raje, Miru, Leparova, Hakenova, Hlaholka aj.). Exceps naturals interestings here are the reach archeologic discovers of settle in the 10. to 7. century bc.
The rocks on the hill Sokol (562,5 meters above the sea level) lying 1 km to the southeast from Mala Skala. A rock group Chleviste with nice views towers high above the Jizera valley on the west slope of Sokol. There is a rock labyrinth Kalich on the south slope and finally the Suche skaly (Dry Rocks) tower on the northeast slope.
They used to be called the Teacher's organ. They are also named the Czech Dolomites. A natural place of interest (23 hectars, proclaimed in 1965) situated 1,5 km from Mala skala. In the landscape it is a really attractive sandstone sharply broken ridge.
Geomorphologically important massif at Mala Skala. On a rock ledge there is a viewpoint above the valley of Jizera. The are remnants of Pantheon on the steep ridge.
