This trail passes through the rock towns of Hrubé Rocks, Malé Rocks, Drábské světničky and comes close to Prachovské Rocks.

The Bohemian Paradise is a region emblazoned with numerous tales, legends, myths and fables. Therefore, the Bohemian Paradise Association has prepared Following the Tales of Bohemian Paradise, a tour of this magical region. We have selected twelve legends most typical of individual areas. The Bohemian Paradise has thus been divided into 12 areas, where you can wander together with the characters from the tales.

Albrecht von Wallenstein is one of this region\'s most outstanding figures. This mighty lord of the Frýdlant dominion left ineffaceable prints in this region and built copious important buildings.

Let us present 22 locations and phenomena which are really worth seeing from amongst the Bohemian Paradise Geopark`s countless interests. Their descriptions will help you realise the entire area`s tremendous geological diversity.

Although the Bohemian Paradise is exceptionally rich in objects of architectural heritage of many different styles and periods, the Baroque period left the most pronounced marks in the expensive constructional enterprises of the aristocracy as well as dozens of churches and chapels built in the period of re-Catholicisation. Numerous examples of civic architecture from the 18th century as well as folk architecture have also been preserved. The landscape and village greens are decorated with chapels, wayside crosses and sculptures by folk artists.

Jičín, the town of fairy tales is a traditional cultural festival regularly held in September. During this one-week festival enjoyed by children and adults alike fairy tales and fairies take control over the town of Jičín.

We invite you for a trip to the historical centre of Železný Brod. This is a light walk suitable also for families with small children as the entire tour is approximately 1 km long. One can admire cottages located in a national heritage reservation and visit places demonstrating the history and present of the local production of glass, all confined in a small area.
