Svijany Chateau
Svijany Chateau and brewery have shared close ties since time immemorial, as it was the owners of the local brewery that built the predecessor of the chateau we see today. In 2013 the Svijany Brewery bought the dilapidated chateau and breathed new life into it, with the help of funding from the 2009–2014 EEA Grant.
Svijany Chateau offers tours of its exhibitions as well as the Arcana interactive adventure game, and also holds a number of cultural and social events. It plays host to weddings, corporate events and team-building sessions. www.zameksvijany.cz

Hotel guests and visitors to the chateau can also relax in a beer spa, which offers a private beer bath in Jacuzzi-style oak tubs, with the Svijany special Zámek lager on tap and the chance to chill out on a bed of straw. Svijany Brewery
A brewery was established in Svijany back in 1564, making it one of the oldest breweries in the Czech Republic. The brewery is now entirely Czech-owned and offers customers almost twenty unpasteurized beers, brewed following traditional procedures.
